GROW Corporate Education Brand and Visual Identity

Transforming corporate education

 

GROW Educação Corporativa was founded with a clear purpose: to transform education in Brazil and the way knowledge is disseminated in the corporate environment. With an ambitious vision, the company needed a brand that conveyed professionalism, innovation, and flexibility to meet diverse educational needs. That's when I joined the project, tasked with developing a comprehensive branding that reflected GROW's essence and consolidated its market presence.

 

The challenge


The main challenge was to create a visual identity that balanced the seriousness of the corporate segment with a dynamic and accessible approach. Furthermore, GROW needed communication materials that were aligned, practical, and adaptable to the digital environment, especially with the heavy use of tools like Google Docs and Google Slides.

 

The creative process


Let's start with the foundation: the logo. Inspired by the concept of growth and learning, the design combines modern and elegant shapes with a carefully chosen color palette to convey trust and proximity.

I then developed the visual identity manual, which ensured consistent brand application across all touchpoints.

 

With the identity established, I moved on to creating functional and attractive templates, ideal for GROW's day-to-day operations:

  • Documents: Custom templates for Google Docs, optimized for reports, proposals, and handouts;

  • Presentations: Google Slides and PowerPoint templates that balance aesthetics and clarity, used in teaching materials and business presentations;

  • Social Media: Dynamic and professional layouts to engage your target audience on digital platforms.

 

Additionally, I developed the brand's communication plan, including strategies for commercial and institutional presentation, aligning GROW's tone with its values and objectives.

 

The result

The result was a cohesive visual identity, with practical tools that allow GROW to focus on what really matters: educating and positively impacting the corporate market. Branding not only gave the brand personality but also streamlined day-to-day operations, solidifying GROW as a leader in its segment.

 

This project was a journey of learning and collaboration, and it's a source of pride to see it come to life and contribute to the company's growth.
